DriveEazy Rentals ("DriveEazy", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent travel booking assistance service that helps customers find and reserve rental cars by phone. We are not a car rental company and are not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with any car rental brand, manufacturer, or supplier. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through this website and through phone calls placed to the numbers shown on this site.

We do not collect full payment card details on this website. Payment for any rental is arranged directly with the rental supplier.

Our service is primarily delivered by phone. By calling us or by submitting your phone number through a form, you agree that we and our booking partners may contact you at the number provided — including by phone call and, where permitted, by text message — to assist with your rental request. Standard call and message rates may apply.

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and compliance purposes. You may opt out of marketing contact at any time by telling our agent or by contacting us using the details in Section 12; this does not affect contact necessary to service a reservation you requested.

5. How we share information

We may share your information with:

• Rental suppliers and booking partners, so they can fulfill or confirm your reservation;
• Service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, call handling, and advertising;
• Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety;
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
