DriveEazy Rentals ("DriveEazy", "we", "us", or "our") provides independent booking assistance. Our agents help you compare options from third-party rental suppliers and arrange a reservation by phone. We do not own, operate, or supply rental vehicles, and we do not guarantee the availability of any particular vehicle, rate, or location.

3. Independence & no affiliation

We are not a car rental company and are not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or otherwise affiliated with any car rental brand, manufacturer, or supplier. All trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. Minimum driver age, license, and credit requirements for an actual rental are set by the rental supplier and may vary.

5. Reservations & pricing

Rates, fees, taxes, and availability shown on this site or quoted by our agents are estimates and are subject to change until confirmed by the rental supplier at the time of booking. The final price, deposit, fuel, mileage, insurance, age surcharges, and other charges are determined by the supplier and disclosed before you commit. Payment for a rental is made to the supplier, not to DriveEazy, unless we tell you otherwise.

6. Rental supplier terms

Every reservation is also subject to the rental supplier's own terms, rental agreement, insurance, and policies, including those governing changes, cancellations, refunds, security deposits, and use of the vehicle. You are responsible for reading and complying with the supplier's terms. Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when you contact us;
• Meet the supplier's driver, license, age, and payment requirements;
• Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it;
• Review all rates and terms before authorizing a reservation.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, and graphics on this website (excluding third-party trademarks and photography) are owned by or licensed to DriveEazy and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any rate or vehicle will be available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveEazy and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your rental, the acts or omissions of any rental supplier, or your use of (or inability to use) the website. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid directly to DriveEazy for the relevant service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriveEazy from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the website or services, your violation of these terms, or your dealings with any rental supplier.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
